Where Memory runs. The application and its database run on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium). Some providers process data in other countries, including the United States; the list of providers, their locations and the safeguards used is at Sub-processors. Our measures against unlawful access to data are described in our data processing agreement (Annex III).
Reporting illegal content or an infringement. Write to support@sitemanager.io with the address of the content, what is wrong and why, and your contact details. We confirm receipt and tell you what we decided.

Rights. "SiteManager" and "SiteManager Memory", the software and its design belong to SiteManager NV. Website content that Memory reads belongs to its owners. Company register data: source KBO Open Data, with the date shown in the app.
Law and courts. Belgian law applies. The courts of Ghent, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
